How do i place an order?

You can place an order by putting the product in your shopping cart. From there you can checkout and complete your order.

What are the payment options?

At this moment you only can pay with iDeal. Other payment methods will come in time.

What is the deliver time?

Our deliver time is 1-2 working days.

How do I use my discount coupon?

You can use your discount coupon in your shopping cart. Underneath your order rules you find a field where you can enter you discount coupon. If the coupon is not working there might be a restriction. In that case please check the requirements of the coupon.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping cost are free above 50 euro. If you place an order under 50 euro we are charging 3.80 euro for the delivery.

How can i return my order?

Ofcourse you can return your product to us! After receiving the product you have 14 days to return the product to us.

Please note the following for returning the product:

• The packing material has to be undamaged.
• The product cannot be damage.
• You have to pay the shipping cost by yourself for returning the product.

How about my warranty?

The warranty is 1 year for all of our products. Obvious if damaged the product by yourself the warranty will lose automatically.
